Mooseyard operates the website mooseyard.blue (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit the Site or sign up for our newsletter.

- Security & performance data: When you visit the Site, our infrastructure and our security provider (Cloudflare) may automatically receive your IP address, device and browser details, and basic usage data necessary to operate the Site and protect it from abuse.
- Server logs: Standard web server logs (e.g., IP address, request URLs, timestamps, user agent) used for troubleshooting and security.
Not collected
- No payment information on this Site.
- No third-party advertising trackers.
- No behavioral profiling.
How we use information
- Send newsletters and updates you requested (via MailerLite's email platform).
- Respond to inquiries or support requests you send us (e.g.via the contact form).
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site (including Cloudflare’s human verification / bot mitigation).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information.

Information We Share
Processors
We share personal information with service providers who act as our processors and only as necessary to provide the Site and newsletter. Some processors, e.g., Sleekplan, are completely independent and require a separate login.
- Cloudflare: Security and performance services (including “is human” validation). Cloudflare may process limited technical data to protect the Site. This integration appears onsite, e.g., contact page, and requires no additional account on your part.
- MailerLite: Email newsletter service used for double opt-in subscriptions, email delivery, and unsubscribe management. This integration appears onsite, e.g., newsletters page, and requires no additional account on your part.
- Sleekplan: Collects feedback on existing features and allows for new feature requests. This integration may appear onsite via an embedded view of their application or via a link that lauches their website page, and you can view any existing commentary. To post, vote, or comment, you’ll need sign in to Sleekplan using an account you set up there. They process your account details (e.g., name, email) and any content you submit under their privacy policy. We review your submissions and related metadata to improve our services. Feedback you post is public and non-moderated by default—please don’t share confidential or personal information. You can edit or delete your Sleekplan profile via Sleekplan, or contact us to request removal of specific content.

California residents (CPRA/CCPA)
You may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and to opt out of the sale/share of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
